Tayla is a born and bread Durban girl who, like many young people, went on to pursue a life abroad working on the yachts. After years of sailing the seas, she’s now reached the point in her career (which she believes comes sooner for women than men) where she’s navigating the transition of finding a space for her skill-set back on land.
